Your Client Services Manager is available for questions, feedback, and backup support.
What’s Included
Your membership fee provides priority access to our care team. Medical care itself is provided by independent physicians and billed to your health insurance. Your membership includes:
- 24/7 access to experienced physicians
- Access to the team by phone, video, messaging, and email
- Same-day or next-day appointments
- Home visits when you’re unable to travel
- Direct physician consultation on symptoms, treatment, and next steps
- Coordination with local specialists
- Access to a network of approximately 15 Massachusetts-licensed subspecialists
- One trusted point of contact for your healthcare needs while on Nantucket

Membership runs April 1 through November 1 each year. Enrollment is intentionally limited to a small number of members. This is what allows us to remain responsive, even during the busiest months on the island.
I already have a doctor at home. Do I still need this?
Keep your doctor at home. We’re your team while you’re on Nantucket, with a group of physicians you can reach any hour of the season.
How does insurance work?
Your membership gives you access to our physicians and their medical network. Visits are billed through your insurance.
What if I need care off the island?
If you need care beyond Nantucket, we’ll help coordinate it.
